The Catering Menu

The Gold Buffet and the Platinum Buffet packages are served with mixed greens and romaine lettuce salad, assorted dressings and homemade dinner rolls. Chef carving required for brisket, tenderloin, prime rib, and top round. Add $1 per guest.

    Includes whole roasted pig, one bronze level selection, served with sauerkraut and BBQ sauce on the side.


  • OUR CLASSIC PIG ROAST

    $20 per person

    Includes three bronze level entrée selections, two starch selections and two vegetable selections.

1/2 FROSTED SHEET CAKE – $40 – Serves 25-35 people.

FULL FROSTED SHEET CAKE – $80 – Serves 50-70 people.

POLICIES

  • PAYMENT AND CHARGES

    A 25% down payment is due within seven days of giving an oral agreement to utilize the services of Sloppy Joe’s catering. A written contract must be signed at that time to secure the date and time of services. A state tax charge of 5.6% will be assessed to the total of any food or beverage charges. An 18% service fee will be added on to the total of the aforementioned charges to cover travel, fuel, offsite cooking time and the time our event servers have spent. Finally, if the event venue is Terrace 167, there will be a $1.25 per guest charge that is required to be paid back to the venue for the use of their space. If the use of a credit card is necessary, an additional 3% charge will be accrued.

  • FINAL COUNT AND GUARANTEE

    Seven days prior to your event, a final count must be specified. Sloppy Joe’s will not guarantee food for more than an additional 10% of your head count on the day of your event.

  • LEFT-OVER FOOD

    Per Wisconsin Health Code, any remaining food from your event becomes the property of Sloppy Joe’s Catering Services to ensure the appropriate handling of all foods and the temperatures that they are kept at.

  • SPECIAL REQUESTS

    If there is something that you do not see on our catering menu that you would like to have for your special event, please do not hesitate to ask. We can accommodate almost any request. Also, please let us know of any food allergies or gluten-free needs
