Our Story

For over 100 years, this Cream City brick building in downtown Hubertus has been a gathering place — a general store, a hotel, a neighborhood saloon. In 2026 the Prostek family carried the torch forward, keeping the same spirit alive: where strangers become friends, and friends become family.
